Guardian Community Trust serves the needs of seniors and disabled persons suffering from health issues, incapacity or other severe life challenges. We are trustee for more than 700 beneficiaries of Special Needs Trusts, including a Pooled Trust program for seniors, and an individual trust program for persons under age 65. We understand public benefits, such as Medicaid and SSI, and how to supplement those benefits without losing them. We also are a strong advocate for those who are vulnerable, medically or financially, due to disability. Persons of any age who need the protection of a guardian or conservator, especially those who are indigent and isolated, know us as an advocate for public guardianship. Through our affiliate, Public Guardian Services, we also are a direct provider of services in a pilot program that now operates in Massachusetts’ Suffolk and Plymouth Counties.
